New Library Loan Rule Policy for Faculty and Staff

In cooperation with the Academic Senate, the Library has revised its circulation policy, allowing Faculty and Staff to renew their material for an additional year. The renewal dates for most items will be June 1st of the following year for all Faculty and Staff. Items that are currently checked out with a due date of 6/15/16 will not have a renewal, because these items were checked out under the old loan rule. Once an item under the old loan rule has been checked in and back out, the item will be renewable. The maximum number of items that can be checked out at one time has been reduced from 150 to 100 items for Faculty/Staff/Students.
